Mid-level real estate associate role to join a national real estate practice in the firm's Phoenix office. The hire will work on a variety of commercial real estate matters, supporting senior attorneys across multiple U.S. offices on acquisitions, dispositions, financings and leasing across property types.

Day-to-day work includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, easements and development-related instruments; handling closing activity and title insurance issues; and supervising junior associates. The team offers a collegial, transactional environment with opportunities for meaningful responsibility.

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and strong academic record
Admission to the Arizona Bar and in good standing
3–6 years' law firm transactional real estate experience (acquisitions, dispositions, financing and/or leasing)
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical and client-service skills; ability to manage competing priorities and supervise junior team members
