Top-tier national law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate to join its Dallas office to work primarily on commercial real estate secured finance matters. The role offers exposure to a broad mix of complex real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition and development projects.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating mortgage loan documentation, leading title and survey reviews and other real estate due diligence (including leases and project documentation), reviewing organizational and enforceability opinion materials, coordinating closings, and working with loan servicers. The team represents lenders, borrowers, developers, investors, landlords and tenants across financing, leasing, property management, and development matters.

Minimum three years of commercial real estate finance transactional experience
Active Texas bar admission
