Qualified solicitor with experience in real estate transactional work, ideally supporting housebuilders or residential developers
Practical experience of site acquisitions, land-related documentation and basic land use/zoning considerations
Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness and ability to manage client relationships
Comfortable working collaboratively in a national team and contributing to business development activities
