The team works on significant residential and mixed‑use development work nationally and is supported by planning, construction, litigation, tax and conveyancing specialists. The role offers early responsibility, client exposure and structured career development within a collaborative, sector‑focused practice.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (NQ and upward considered)
Experience across residential development matters (acquisitions, site set‑up, affordable housing, build‑to‑rent/PRS, or similar)
Familiarity with land use/planning and leasing matters relevant to development projects
Strong transactional drafting and commercial advisory skills; able to manage clients and multi‑disciplinary teams
