Apply in confidence →Experienced construction lawyer sought to join a national non‑contentious construction team with an emphasis on energy and energy‑transition projects. The role is open to candidates based in either Bristol or London and will focus on advising on construction contracts across renewables, energy storage, wind and grid‑stability workstreams.
The successful candidate will lead contract drafting and negotiations for EPC, BOP, supply and O&M agreements, work as part of multi‑disciplinary project teams and support matters through delivery and operational phases. There is strong scope to develop a personal practice within a growing energy and infrastructure remit.
- Qualified solicitor in the UK with substantial experience at senior associate/associate director level in non‑contentious construction work
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating EPC, BOP, supply and O&M agreements, and familiarity with FIDIC and NEC contract suites
- Experience leading negotiations, managing client relationships and supervising junior lawyers
- Comfortable working on project‑finance led, multi‑party transactions in the energy/renewables sector
