Join a specialist real estate & infrastructure finance team advising lenders, sponsors, funds and developers on complex, high-value transactions. The team works across structured real estate financings, development and portfolio deals, and infrastructure projects aligned with renewables, transport and digital infrastructure.

This Senior Associate role will support transaction teams on real estate and infrastructure financings, drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation, managing closing processes and client-facing deliverables. The role offers exposure to corporate lending, mezzanine/structured financings and project-driven work across energy transition, transport and data-centre assets.

Qualified solicitor or equivalent in England & Wales with solid experience in real estate finance, banking & finance or infrastructure finance
Proven drafting and negotiation skills on loan and security documentation
Experience managing transaction workstreams, commercial awareness and strong client-facing communication
Ability to handle multiple deadlines, work collaboratively and contribute to business development
