Senior Associate inance & Banking (Future Energy)

A senior associate opportunity within a banking team focused on future energy and clean‑energy project finance. The role is available in Bristol or London on a full‑time, flexible working basis and sits in a specialist group that handles construction and operational project financings, development facilities, acquisition financings and mezzanine/holdco structures across renewables and renewables‑adjacent technologies.

The role will see you take the lead on drafting and negotiating LMA-style facility agreements adapted for project finance, associated security and intercreditor documentation, hedging agreements and ancillary project finance documents. You will supervise junior fee-earners, manage diligence outputs and financial close processes, and contribute to precedents, know‑how and business development activities.

• Qualified solicitor with approximately 4 6 years PQE in project finance and energy sector work
• Proven drafting and negotiation skills on facility agreements, security and intercreditor documentation
• Experience supervising associates/trainees and managing due diligence and financial close processes
• Commercially aware, strong communicator, organised, and interested in business development and client relationship work
