Leading corporate lending team in London seeks a 4-8 PQE Associate or Senior Associate to work on a wide range of syndicated and bilateral financings. The role offers material deal exposure across multi-jurisdictional transactions and regular client contact.

Typical work includes drafting and negotiating facility agreements, intercreditor and security documents, coordinating closings and liaising with local counsel. The team encourages use of AI tools in workflow and offers client secondment and cross-practice development opportunities.

This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working based in London and strong support for career development, business development and mentoring junior lawyers.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 4-8 years' PQE in corporate lending / syndicated loans
Proven experience drafting and negotiating facility, intercreditor and security documentation
Comfortable on multi-jurisdictional matters and liaising with local counsel
Client-facing experience, commercial approach and willingness to lead calls and supervise junior staff
Interest in leveraging AI tools and contributing to business development and D&I initiatives
