Real Estate Finance Associate — London

We are seeking an associate to join a busy real estate finance team in London, working on lending and REIT-related matters for institutional and corporate clients. The role involves drafting and negotiating finance documentation, advising on security packages and supporting complex transactions across the real estate finance lifecycle.

The team operates a hybrid working model (approximately 60% in office) and places emphasis on a supportive, inclusive culture. The firm offers recruitment adjustments for candidates with disabilities or neurodivergence.

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent) with relevant practice eligibility
• Experience in real estate finance and lending transactions; exposure to REIT matters advantageous
• Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial advisory skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in deal teams and manage client relationships
