Join a large, international infrastructure, energy and projects team based in London working on energy transition and commercial infrastructure matters. The role is office-based with hybrid flexibility (c.40% remote) and a 35-hour working week; some additional hours may be required.

The role involves transactional and project work across renewables, project finance, structured transactions, equity financings and project development. You will support and manage aspects of deals, coordinate with deal teams and contribute to technical drafting and commercial advice.

2–4 PQE (or equivalent experience) in infrastructure/energy/projects work
Transactional experience across M&A, project finance, structured transactions and project development
Excellent drafting and written communication skills; strong technical legal ability
Proven ability to work in teams, manage parts of transactions and meet deadlines
Strong academic background (minimum upper‑second / 2.1 degree) and commercial awareness
Comfortable with hybrid/agile working and flexible hours when required
