Real Estate Associate — Reston (2–5 years)

Growing real estate group seeks a 2–5 year associate to join its Reston office on a broad range of commercial real estate matters. The role focuses on transactional work for sophisticated clients, including leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, and real estate-secured financing.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with data center-related transactions (leasing/colocation, purchases/sales, diligence), reviewing title, negotiating and documenting leases and loan documents, and closing deals. • Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and admission to practice as required
• 2–5 years of relevant real estate transactional experience at a comparable law firm
• Experience with leasing (including data center/colocation leases), acquisitions/dispositions, title review, and real estate-secured loans
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, ability to manage multiple matters, and high attention to detail
