Real Estate Associate — Richmond, VA

An established national law firm seeks a full-time, partnership-track Real Estate Associate to join its Richmond office. The role involves working on a broad transactional real estate practice supporting acquisitions, dispositions, financings, developments and joint venture matters.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team and handle substantial transactional responsibilities, drafting and negotiating transactional documents, conducting due diligence, and advising clients through closings and project development lifecycles.

• Minimum of 2 years of transactional real estate experience (debt or equity transactions, acquisitions/dispositions, large-scale development, and/or joint ventures).
• Strong academic record, excellent analytical, organizational and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively on deal teams and manage client-facing responsibilities.
• Virginia bar membership preferred; must be admitted in Virginia within one year of hire.
