Leading global firm seeking mid‑ to senior‑level real estate associates to join an established, growing San Francisco team. The group advises on a broad range of commercial real estate matters and offers substantive client work, mentorship and professional development.

Ideal candidates will have experience on one or more of the following: mortgage/mezzanine debt (lender and/or borrower side), joint‑venture equity work, acquisitions and dispositions, and development. Strong transactional attorneys from other fields who are interested in transitioning into real estate will also be considered.

Mid‑ to senior‑level associate with transactional real estate experience preferred
Experience in one or more: mortgage/mezzanine debt, joint‑venture equity, acquisitions/dispositions, or development
Strong drafting, negotiation and deal‑management skills
Ability to work collaboratively on client matters and to mentor junior attorneys
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to be admitted
