An established, national real estate practice is hiring a junior transactional associate to support a growing team that handles complex acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, construction, portfolio management and real estate finance across multiple asset classes. The role will involve work on national and multi‑site matters and frequent collaboration with colleagues in other offices.

Minimum 1 year of transactional real estate experience (acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, or real estate finance)
Strong drafting, analytical and organizational skills; ability to manage project responsibilities on large, fast‑moving matters
Team‑oriented, responsive, and client service focused
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant state; submission of resume, cover letter, law school transcript, and a short writing sample requested
