Leading local law firm is seeking an associate to join its Real Estate & Property team in Singapore. The role involves working on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, development and financing-related issues.

Ideal candidates will handle transactional work, draft and negotiate agreements, conduct due diligence and coordinate with finance, planning and construction stakeholders. The team offers exposure to regional clients and cross-practice collaboration on complex property matters.

Qualified lawyer admitted in Singapore (or eligible for admission) with relevant real estate transaction experience
Practical experience in acquisitions/disposals, leases, development agreements or real estate finance
Strong drafting and negotiation skills; attention to commercial detail
Ability to manage multiple matters, work collaboratively and communicate clearly with clients and other teams
