Experienced real estate associates or special counsel are sought for an established national practice with opportunities in New York or Washington, D.C. The role is lender-focused and will sit within a growing commercial real estate team.

Successful candidates will spend at least 60% of their time on lender-side matters, handling commercial real estate loan transactions and related documentation. Construction lending experience is a plus.

Minimum six years of law firm experience with a focus on commercial real estate lending
Substantial lender-side transactional experience; construction loan experience preferred
Willingness to devote at least 60% of time to lender-side matters
Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills
