Seeking a junior-to-midlevel transactional real estate associate to join a busy real property practice. The role focuses on commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and sales, leasing, secured financing, joint ventures and land development.

Ideal candidates will take responsibility for deal closings, coordinate with paralegals and colleagues across offices, and support lender-side financings. This is a practice-oriented role in a collaborative law firm environment with opportunities to work on a range of commercial real estate matters.

Approximately 2 years’ experience in commercial real estate transactions
Experience with acquisitions/sales, commercial leasing, real estate financing, and land development matters
Strong title, survey and due diligence skills; demonstrated closing experience
Prior law firm experience and ability to work independently and in teams across offices
