Real Estate Associate — Washington, D.C.

Growing real estate practice in Washington, D.C. is seeking a transactional associate with 2–5 years’ experience to join a collaborative team. The role focuses on acquisitions, development, financing, leasing and sales for a mix of developers, owners, institutional and private investors, and lenders.

Candidates should have strong analytical skills, excellent academic credentials and the ability to manage complex transactional work. Admission to the D.C. bar in good standing or eligibility for a waiver is required.

The listed salary range for this role is $225,000 to $285,000 (actual compensation will depend on experience and other factors).

• 2–5 years of real estate transactional experience (acquisitions, development, financing, leasing or sales)
• Experience advising developers, owners, investors and/or lenders preferred
• Strong analytical skills and excellent academic record
• Admitted to D.C. bar or eligible for waiver
