Real Estate Associate — Washington, D.C. / Tysons (Mid-Level)

Mid-level associate opportunity in a national real estate practice with offices in Washington, D.C. and Tysons. The role will focus on acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development, and joint ventures, with exposure to private equity work; experience with real estate financing is a plus.

Successful candidates will manage small-to-mid sized matters or portions of larger matters, draft and negotiate transaction documents, and advise clients across the deal lifecycle. The team emphasizes collegiality, professional development, and a competitive total rewards package.

• 2–4 years' real estate transactional experience (large-firm experience preferred; boutique real estate experience considered)
• Strong drafting, oral advocacy, and legal research skills
• Experience with acquisitions/dispositions, development, joint ventures, or private equity transactions
• Ability to manage matters efficiently and work collaboratively with fee-earners and clients
