Growing real estate team in Washington, DC seeks an associate with 3–5 years' experience in general commercial real estate transactions. You will work on purchases and sales, joint ventures and financing matters for a diverse client base within a large-firm environment.

Responsibilities include legal research and drafting, supporting and managing transactions from inception through closing, client communication, and collaborating with deal teams. The role offers a hybrid working pattern with regular in-office presence.

Juris Doctor (JD)
Admitted to practice in the District of Columbia
3–5 years' transactional real estate experience (acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, real estate finance)
Experience at a large or mid-sized law firm; strong research, drafting and client-management skills
Excellent written/verbal communication and ability to work independently and in teams
