Established national law firm seeks a Real Estate Attorney to join its Nashville office. The role covers both transactional and litigation matters involving real estate development, with regular interaction with public agencies and attendance at public hearings (daytime and evenings).

Typical matters include purchase & sale work, entitlements, drafting agreements with governmental bodies, and addressing land-planning, environmental, and engineering issues related to development. The team works across offices and represents developers, public agencies, and commercial clients.

Candidates must be licensed in Tennessee, have strong research and writing skills, and be comfortable coordinating with agency staff and internal teams. The firm offers a full benefits package and competitive compensation.

3–15 years' experience in real estate transactions and/or real estate litigation
Active Tennessee bar membership required
Strong legal research, drafting, and written-advocacy skills
Experience with purchase & sale transactions, entitlements, and working with public agencies
Familiarity with land planning, environmental, or engineering issues preferred
