Growing real estate practice in Washington, D.C. seeks a mid-level transactional attorney to handle acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, leasing, management and sales for a mix of developers, owners, investors and lenders.

The role emphasizes complex commercial real estate transactions, with exposure to joint-venture structures and lender work. The team values strong analytical ability, excellent academic credentials and the capacity to manage matters with limited supervision.

• 6–10 years of transactional real estate experience
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing and/or real estate finance; joint-venture experience preferred
• Admission to and good standing with the D.C. Bar
• Strong analytical and drafting skills; able to work independently on complex matters
