Junior associate role in a national construction practice based in the Miami office of a global law firm. The position focuses on drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction- and real-estate–related agreements for a range of clients and projects.

Minimum of 3 years' experience drafting and revising complex agreements for real estate and/or construction matters.

Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to assume significant responsibility.
Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission; JD from an accredited law school and strong academic credentials.
