Leading international law firm seeks a partner to head and grow its Real Estate and Construction practice in the London office. The role involves advising on complex real estate and construction matters, leading deal and dispute teams, and collaborating on cross‑border matters.

We are looking for a senior lawyer with an established practice or clear origination capability who can win and manage client relationships, mentor fee‑earners, and help drive commercial growth of the practice in the UK.

Proven partner‑level experience in real estate and construction matters.
Established or portable client relationships and demonstrable origination ability.
Track record leading teams on complex transactions and/or disputes.
Strong commercial judgment, business development skills and client management experience.
