Real Estate Counsel — Los Angeles (Commercial Leasing)

Senior counsel role on a national commercial real estate team, supporting acquisitions, dispositions, financings and leasing matters for institutional and corporate owners, investors and developers. The team handles large-scale, complex transactions across asset types including multifamily, industrial, office, retail and digital infrastructure.

The position is open to candidates based in Los Angeles (also consideration for New York or Boston candidates). The role requires the ability to run transactions independently, provide high-quality client service, and integrate quickly into a national practice.

The firm’s hybrid policy requires approximately 60% in-office attendance. Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

• J.D. or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school
• 8+ years of commercial real estate experience (acquisitions, dispositions, financings and leasing)
• Admission or eligibility for admission in California, New York or Massachusetts
• Proven ability to manage transaction lifecycles and review loan documents, purchase agreements and leases
• Strong written/verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
