Experienced real estate litigation associate opportunity in a busy property disputes team. You will handle a broad mix of contentious property work including landlord & tenant disputes, dilapidations and forfeiture, rights of light and boundary matters, possession and trespass claims, and enforcement and insolvency-related issues.

The role involves drafting pleadings and witness statements, instructing counsel, running your own caseload with appropriate supervision, and representing clients at court hearings, mediations and tribunals. There are also opportunities to contribute to team training, business development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with approximately 2–5 years' PQE in property litigation
Practical experience of County Court and First-tier Tribunal proceedings
Strong technical knowledge of real estate law and dispute resolution processes
