Join a national real estate disputes team handling commercial and residential property litigation. You will work on landlord & tenant matters, investor/developer and occupier disputes, and high-value mortgage and insolvency-related property cases as part of a multi-office team.

The role involves managing your own caseload with support from senior colleagues, supervising junior fee-earners on residential matters, and collaborating with the restructuring & insolvency group on receiver and mortgage litigation. There are opportunities to contribute to practice development and business development activities.

Solicitor qualified via the SRA route or CILEX with 1–5 years PQE
Practical experience in property litigation, including commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes
Comfortable handling a varied caseload and working under pressure with attention to detail
Team player with some supervisory experience and willingness to contribute to business development
