3–7 years post-qualification transactional real estate experience, with emphasis on equity/joint-venture matters
Experience with acquisitions, dispositions and real estate financings
Background at a top-tier law firm preferred
Excellent drafting, negotiation and client-management skills
Active New York bar admission (or ability to obtain)
