Day-to-day responsibilities include managing deals (with partner supervision) from inception to closing, drafting and negotiating financing instruments and collateral documentation, and supporting title, survey and corporate due diligence. 3–5 years' experience in commercial real estate finance or lending
Proven ability drafting and negotiating financing and collateral documents
Familiarity with title, survey work, financing due diligence; landlord/tenant structures a plus
