Top-tier global law firm seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate for its Chicago office. The role focuses on real estate and asset-based lending work, with frequent involvement in loan origination and financing transactions for lenders and borrowers.

Successful candidates will join a national practice serving a diverse client base and will work on both financing and real estate transactional matters. The team values strong client service, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple matters to deadline.

4–6 years' post-qualification experience in real estate lending or asset-based lending, with experience in loan origination
Experience representing financial institutions and/or borrowers; experience with developer transactions or real estate acquisitions/ dispositions is a plus
Admission to the Illinois bar or eligibility/ability to waive into Illinois
Excellent academic credentials, strong written and oral communication, and proven ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
