Qualified solicitor/English-qualified lawyer with mid-level associate experience in real estate finance.
Demonstrable experience drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents and other real estate finance documentation.
Comfort working on cross-border matters and coordinating with multiple offices and local counsel.
Strong commercial judgment, excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to manage multiple workstreams to tight deadlines.
