Joining a market-leading real estate finance and global loans group in London, you will work on a wide range of domestic and cross-border real estate finance transactions across asset classes, including mezzanine, A/B structures, loan-on-loan and other back-leverage arrangements. The team regularly acts on complex, high-profile and innovative financings for banks, specialist lenders, sponsors and corporates.

The role involves drafting, negotiating and advising on financing documentation, providing strategic commercial advice to clients, and overseeing transaction delivery. You will work closely with specialist teams across offices to execute multi-jurisdictional matters and will supervise more junior fee-earners on deals.

Qualified lawyer with approximately 4–7 years’ PQE in real estate finance or related banking work
Strong technical knowledge of real estate finance and global loans, including mezzanine and leveraged structures
Proven experience drafting, negotiating and amending complex finance documentation
Client-facing skills with commercial judgment and the ability to provide pragmatic solutions
Experience supervising junior team members and managing multi-party transactions
Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills; adaptable to a fast-paced international practice
