Mid-level associate role in a national commercial real estate finance practice based in Orange County. The team advises lenders and private equity lenders on complex CRE financings across asset types including hospitality, industrial/distribution, office, life-science/biomedical projects, and healthcare facilities.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and documenting construction and term loan facilities and working directly with partners and clients in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The role offers regular client contact and opportunities to lead transactions under partner supervision.

3–6 years of transactional real estate finance experience (commercial real estate lending)
