Growing national real estate practice seeks a Real Estate Land Use Associate to join its Austin office with the option for Texas-based remote arrangements. The team handles complex land use and development matters for public- and private-sector clients across the region.

Successful candidates will have hands-on experience with zoning and planning, land-use entitlements, variances, platting/subdivision, city development agreements, and municipal land development codes. The role requires attendance at in-person zoning and planning meetings and strong client-facing skills.

Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in land use, zoning, or related real estate development work
Active Texas bar license and residence in Texas
Practical experience with entitlements, variances, platting/subdivision, and municipal development agreements
Proven ability to attend public hearings and represent clients at planning/zoning meetings; excellent judgment and ability to manage multiple matters
