The role involves working on cross-disciplinary matters with planning, compulsory acquisition, and project delivery elements, advising public bodies, developers and other stakeholders. The team operates from multiple regional offices and offers varied transactional and advisory workstreams.
Candidates should expect a collaborative team environment, direct client contact and opportunities to work across the Southampton, Leeds or Newcastle offices.
- Qualified solicitor or equivalent UK property-law qualification.
- Experience advising on real estate transactions with a public law or projects focus (e.g., regeneration, infrastructure, CPO/land assembly or planning-related property work).
- Strong drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills; able to manage matter workflow and liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working from one of the regional offices listed and travelling between offices as needed.
