Leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced real estate lawyer to join its Glasgow team. The role is open to Scottish-qualified partners or senior associates who handle full-service commercial real estate work across public and private sector instructions.

The team advises on landlord & tenant matters, investor and developer transactions and real estate finance. The post offers the opportunity to work on a broad transactional caseload within a busy, national real estate practice and to contribute to team growth in the Scottish market.

Scottish-qualified solicitor (suitable for candidates currently in or relocating to Glasgow)
Established experience in commercial real estate: landlord & tenant, investor/developer transactions and/or real estate finance
Proven ability to manage complex transactional matters and work collaboratively across a multidisciplinary team
Strong client-facing and business development skills appropriate to a senior associate/partner-level hire
