Leading law firm seeks a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join a busy commercial real estate practice in New York (candidates in Washington, D.C. may also be considered). The role focuses on traditional "dirt" matters, with a mix of acquisitions, dispositions and borrower-side financings.

The team handles sophisticated commercial transactions for institutional and corporate clients. This is an opportunity to work on high‑quality matters within a market‑leading real estate group and to develop deeper expertise across transactional real estate workstreams.

Approximately 6 years of law firm real estate experience (transactional "dirt" practice)
Substantial experience with acquisitions/dispositions and borrower-side financings
Strong academic record and proven law firm experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
