Join a well-established commercial real estate team in Manchester as a Solicitor supporting a broad, high-quality caseload across the full life cycle of commercial property matters. You'll work on acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, real estate finance and wider asset/portfolio management, with exposure to development projects and multi‑asset portfolios.

From day one you'll take responsibility appropriate to your level, supporting transactions from due diligence through to completion and liaising with clients and third parties. The team operates collaboratively across a national platform and offers structured coaching and clear progression routes.

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ to c.2 years PQE).
Interest in commercial property matters including acquisitions/disposals, landlord & tenant and basic real estate finance.
Strong drafting and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple matters.
Good commercial awareness, clear client-facing communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
