Join a national real estate team advising on a broad mix of commercial property matters across the public and private sectors. The team handles leasing, development agreements, site disposals, funding arrangements, portfolio management and related planning, construction and land‑registration work.

The role is a transactional solicitor position responsible for managing your own caseload, supporting senior colleagues on larger matters, drafting and reviewing real estate documentation, and liaising with clients and external stakeholders. Hybrid working is available.

0–3 years PQE (NQ to 3 years); demonstrable interest in commercial real estate
Experience or exposure to landlord & tenant work, property management; development experience advantageous
Strong technical legal knowledge, excellent written/verbal communication and document‑production skills
Ability to manage multiple matters to strict deadlines and meet chargeable/financial targets
