Growing real estate team in Atlanta seeks a staff attorney with experience in affordable housing and real estate finance. The role will focus on LIHTC and bond transactions, construction and permanent lending, and subordinate financing.

Responsibilities include managing transactions end-to-end, drafting and negotiating loan documents, coordinating title/survey and closing checklists with support staff, and communicating with lenders, borrowers and outside counsel. The team emphasizes attention to detail, client service and collaborative work.

Approximately 7 years of real estate finance experience (affordable housing/LIHTC and bond work preferred)
Experience with construction and permanent loan documentation and subordinate financing
Proven ability to run transactions from initiation through closing and to coordinate effectively with paralegals and other team members
Strong drafting, negotiation and client-communication skills; attention to detail and ability to prioritize matters
