Work will include lender and/or borrower-side real estate financings, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions for office, multi‑family, industrial, retail and hospitality assets. The team values collaboration across practice groups and a client-focused approach.

JD (Class of 2022–2023 preferred) with outstanding academic credentials
Substantial transactional real estate experience — complex financings, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions
Experience across multiple asset classes (office, multifamily, industrial, retail, hospitality)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
