Rechtsanwalt / Associate — Leveraged Finance & Acquisition Finance, Frankfurt

Leading international law firm seeks an associate to join its Banking & Finance team in Frankfurt, focusing on leveraged finance and acquisition financing. The role involves advising lenders, private equity sponsors and corporates on syndicated and unitranche facilities, refinancing and related financing structures.

You will work on cross-border, market-leading transactions as part of international, multi-disciplinary teams. The team offers structured training, clear career progression and regular exposure to high-value mandates across the private equity and corporate spectrum.

• Qualified Rechtsanwalt (or equivalent) admitted in Germany
• Experience in leveraged finance and acquisition financing; experience on syndicated lending, unitranche or refinancing matters
• Proven drafting skills for loan agreements, security documents and ancillary finance documentation
• Ability to work in international teams and strong commercial English
