International corporate/M&A role in Munich advising German and cross-border clients, banks and investors on M&A transactions, joint ventures, public takeovers and restructurings. You will support and lead transaction workstreams including deal structuring, due diligence, contract negotiations and implementation.

Work as part of an international team, coordinating with specialists domestically and abroad and contributing to strategic client advice. The team offers structured mentoring, in-house training and long‑term development opportunities.

Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or equivalent; suitable for entry-level or candidates with early practice experience
Very good academic results (Prädikatsexamen preferred) and strong English skills
Commercial understanding, entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication and teamworking skills
Motivation to build M&A expertise and to work on complex, cross-border transactions
