Rechtsanwalt / Steuerberater – Corporate & Group Tax, Berlin

Leading German practice seeks an attorney or qualified tax advisor to join its Berlin tax team with a focus on corporate and group taxation. The role involves advising domestic and international corporate clients on structuring, group taxation issues and tax-efficient reorganisations.

The team works closely with corporate and finance colleagues on cross-practice matters and offers exposure to contentious and advisory work across a range of industries. This is an opportunity to join a well-established tax group in a major German office.

• Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) and/or Steuerberater (tax advisor).
• Experience advising on corporate and group tax matters (restructurings, group relief, tax compliance and planning).
• Strong drafting and client advisory skills; ability to work in cross-practice teams.
• Fluent German; professional English is an advantage.
