Rechtsanwalt / Steuerberater — International Tax, Frankfurt

Experienced tax lawyer or tax advisor to join a Frankfurt team advising on international tax matters for corporate and cross‑border transactions. The role focuses on structuring, tax advice on inbound/outbound investments and related compliance issues for German and international clients.

You will work in a collaborative team environment alongside advisers on related practice areas, handling advisory mandates and implementing tax‑efficient solutions. The position offers exposure to complex cross‑border matters and the chance to develop technical expertise and client‑facing experience.

• Qualified German Rechtsanwalt and/or Steuerberater with demonstrable experience in international tax law
• Practical experience advising on cross‑border transactions, restructurings or international tax planning
• Strong drafting and advisory skills; fluent German and very good English
• Ability to work in a team and manage client relationships on advisory matters
