Join a specialist healthcare regulatory and professional discipline team acting for insurers, medical defence organisations and private clients on regulatory, disciplinary, coronial and criminal matters. The team operates nationally from multiple UK offices and is highly regarded in professional discipline work.

This role will see you take responsibility for a caseload with minimal supervision, advising on regulator investigations, inquests, police investigations and employer disciplinary matters. There are opportunities for advocacy at pre-inquest review hearings and inquests, and for contributing to client reporting and business development.

Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2–5 years' PQE in regulatory/healthcare work
Practical knowledge of healthcare regulators (e.g. GMC/GDC) and professional discipline processes
Advocacy experience and confidence conducting hearings and inquests
Ability to manage cases with limited supervision, meet chargeable targets and produce client MI
Strong communication, organisation, analytical skills and attention to detail
Good IT skills, commercial awareness and a proactive, client-focused approach
