The team operates nationally from multiple UK offices and is highly regarded in professional discipline work.
This role will see you take responsibility for a caseload with minimal supervision, advising on regulator investigations, inquests, police investigations and employer disciplinary matters. There are opportunities for advocacy at pre-inquest review hearings and inquests, and for contributing to client reporting and business development.
- Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2–5 years' PQE in regulatory/healthcare work
- Practical knowledge of healthcare regulators (e.g. GMC/GDC) and professional discipline processes
- Advocacy experience and confidence conducting hearings and inquests
- Ability to manage cases with limited supervision, meet chargeable targets and produce client MI
- Strong communication, organisation, analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good IT skills, commercial awareness and a proactive, client-focused approach
