- 1–5 years post-qualification experience in environmental law, with knowledge of federal environmental programs
- Experience or interest in regulatory issues involving chemicals, pesticides, consumer products, and/or emerging contaminants
- Environmental litigation experience a plus (researching complex issues, managing discovery, drafting motions)
- Strong drafting and analytical skills, excellent academics, and proven ability to work collaboratively and take responsibility for matters
