Join a national law firm's Houston tax group focused on renewable energy. The team advises developers, independent power producers, utilities and infrastructure investors on tax structuring, incentives and project-level diligence for utility-scale and distributed-energy projects.

Work includes tax analysis and structuring across major technologies, coordinating regulatory and real‑property diligence, and advising on emerging incentives and carbon-related programs. The group provides nationwide project support from formation through construction.

J.D. and active bar admission (or eligibility) in the United States.
Experience in tax practice, preferably with exposure to renewable energy, project finance, or energy incentives.
Strong tax-technical skills, transactional drafting and due-diligence experience.
Good communicator who works well on multidisciplinary deal teams and with commercial clients.
