Growing representations & warranties insurance (RWI) underwriting team seeks a transactional lawyer to join its Miami team. The role focuses on underwriting work: reviewing private M&A transaction documentation and due diligence, identifying deal risks, and advising on RWI coverage and policy issuance.

The position requires close coordination with subject‑matter experts, underwriters and brokers, and handling multiple matters under tight deal timelines. This is an immediate need within a large national RWI practice.

Minimum 4 years of corporate/M&A or transactional legal experience.
Experience reviewing private M&A documents, due diligence reports, and identifying transactional risk (warranty breaches, price adjustments, measures of damages).
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment; strong written and oral communication skills.
Collaborative team player with strong organizational and analytical abilities; responsiveness to email and deal timelines required.
Prior experience with representations & warranties insurance (procuring or negotiating RWI) and familiarity with underwriting processes is a strong plus.
