Join a national real estate team advising on residential development work from site acquisition through to disposal and sales. The role sits across the Newcastle and Leeds offices and will suit a newly qualified solicitor with recent experience in property transactions and development matters.

You will handle transactional work for housebuilders, developers and land promoters, including drafting and negotiating contracts, conducting due diligence, dealing with planning/land‑use issues and coordinating with wider deal teams (finance, construction, planning).

Newly qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent experience
Commercial property / development experience gained in private practice or on‑the‑job training
Practical knowledge of land acquisition, disposals, conditional contracts and planning/land‑use issues
Strong drafting, negotiation and client‑facing skills
